Community Access Program
The Community Access Program (CAP) is a federally sponsored program initiated by Industry Canada that provides funds for computers and computer equipment so that public libraries can set up "CAP Centres" for the public to access the Internet.

Computer Training
As part of the CAP program, the NPGL employs a CAP Worker from time to time. The CAP Worker offers training programs and sessions in various subjects, depending on the worker's skills and experience.
