HOW TO USE MY LIBRARY ACCOUNT
Using the Library’s online catalogue system, you can review which items you currently have out on loan, find out what items you have on hold, find out when your items are due, renew your books, change your contact information and receive messages from the library staff.Visit any of the 4 branches to receive your PIN. This number can be changed when you sign into your account.
- Search the Catalogue
- To log into the Library OPAC put in your User ID (all 14 digits of your library membership card).
- Put in 4 digits of your PIN
- Log into the e-Library OPAC
- Click on My Account
- Review My Account (Lists current loans; holds and messages from staff)
- Renew My Material (You can ask for renewals on your material. If allowed to renew you will be given a new due date. If there is a hold on the material or you have reached the maximum number of renewals the system will not renew your books.

- Change My Address

PLACING HOLDS
In order to place a hold on an item search the catalogue and click on Place Hold (on left of screen). You will then be prompted for your User ID number and your PIN and to select a branch for pick up. You may also place holds when you are logged onto your account. When the item is available the staff will call you.CONTACTING LIBRARY STAFF
You may contact Library staff, while signed into My Account. You may click on Requests to recommend a title to order or to ask for a book on Interlibrary Loan. You may also click on Contact Us to send the staff a message. The staff check messages received through the system on a regular basis and may send a response back to you. You will find the response under Review My Account.
