IMPORTANT: Once you have logged in, you will need to click on "My Account." Under "My Account" you
will have 4 options to choose from:
- Review My Account
Lists current loans, holds and messages from staff - Renew My Material
- User PIN Change
- Change My Address
PLACING HOLDS
In order to place a hold on an item search the catalogue and click on Place Hold (on left of screen). You will then be prompted for your User ID number and your PIN and to select a branch for pick up. You may also place holds when you are logged onto your account. When the item is available the staff will call you.CONTACTING LIBRARY STAFF
You may contact Library staff, while signed into My Account. You may click on Requests to recommend a title to order or to ask for a book on Interlibrary Loan. You may also click on Contact Us to send the staff a message. The staff check messages received through the system on a regular basis and may send a response back to you. You will find the response under Review My Account.
